What is the recommended age?

PG-13 – but let’s be honest, if you’re a new yorker your 13 yr old has probably seen worse sexual innuendo, adult humor and language on TV.

What is the running time?

85 Minutes

Can I take photographs or video during the show?

The use of cameras, video equipment or flash photography is not allowed during the performance.

Is Theater 555 ADA accessible?

Yes, Please contact the Theater 555 box office directly at BoxOffice@theater555.com to request your accommodations.

Are there strobe lights in the show?

While there are not traditional “strobe” lights in the show, there are a number of flashing light effects and lights which shine into the audience during the performance.

Are there devices for hearing impaired and/or translation?

Unfortunately, Theatre 555 is not equipped with hearing devices or translation devices.

Where can I park near the theater?

Paid Parking is available across the street at 333 W. 46th Street.

What is the late seating policy?

Late seating will be at the discretion of the house manager. Please note that latecomers may not be able to access their purchased seats. There is no intermission.

Can I bring food or drink into the theater?

No outside food or drink is allowed in the theater. However, there will be concessions for sale at the theater, which are allowed at your seat during the show.

Will there be merchandise available for purchase?

Yes, VAPE! branded merchandise will be available before and after performances.

Ticketing Frequently Asked Questions

How will I receive my tickets?

Production is E-ticketing only! E-Tickets will be sent directly to the email address used to arrange tickets. E-Tickets must be displayed on a smartphone for entry into the venue.

Can I purchase tickets at the B.O. and what are the hours?

Tickets are available for purchase at the box office starting two hours before each performance.

What is the range of ticket prices?

Regular Seats for most performances are $45.72 – $86.92 (prices include all fees). For the best seats in the house, Premium “Pink Squad” Seats are available starting at $107.52.

What is the refund / exchange policy?

If you’re unable to attend your original performance, contact the box office to request an exchange to a different performance. Exchanges are not guaranteed, but the box office will do their best to accommodate if seats are available. There are no refunds available.

Is there a lottery/rush policy and how does it work?
